Tips for Holiday Self-Care

The holiday season is upon us--and regardless of how you are choosing to gather or not--this is the time of year when our own self care takes a back seat.


In this episode I go into some basic tips for easy self care around this hectic, anxiety ridden time of year--with a focus on easy daily tips for keeping your immune system fit and strong. Looking after yourself should ideally include those things that help you stay recharged, not just the items that make you feel better in the moment.  Even now.
