Defining Your Moxie

Have you ever stopped to think about what the term ‘Moxie’ can look like for you? 

Moxie can mean MANY things--some of the more common meanings include heart, braveness, energy, nerve, being fearless, having ‘guts’ and even a fighting spirit.


In this episode I give a little more clarity to how ‘Moxie’ fits in to how you do fitness and self care. I share my 3 thoughts on what ‘Moxie’ means and I challenge you to see which one applies more to you.
