The Three Building Blocks of Energy
Today’s episode takes a look at what ENERGY is, and the three main building blocks of how our energy levels are directed. One of the biggest complaints and comments made in today’s busy fast paced world is ‘I have no energy--I'm worn down and don’t feel good’.
Energy (or lack thereof) is responsible for ALL of it. Sleep, Dietary changes and Exercise/Fitness are by far the three MAIN elements in constructing positive and sustained energy for you to live your best life. All throughout November I will be examining how energy is connected to all three of these elements.
