The online fitness and health space has gotten so LOUD lately--there are literally hundreds of program options for promising fast and lasting results.  Because of the over abundance of information out there, it’s so easy to make a lasting strategy for you too hard, too complex and not one you can stick with in the long run.


In this episode, I outline the very template I use with all my clients and in my teachings for you to create a lasting fitness and self care plan for you. You’ll learn three basic components that our plan involves and all the info you need to plan around each one, to create the ideal plan for you.  Simple and uncomplicated. That’s what we do. And it’s what we teach.
