The Power of Reset

Giving yourself time to reset can be a game changer.  When we constantly push and press ‘play’ on our daily routines--we may get a break briefly--but we never get a chance to break the cycle.  Our bodies are meant to adapt to whatever is going on with us--even if we are working on overload and we get REALLY GOOD at what we do often.  In Today’s episode, I break down just what we do to ourselves when we are burning the candle at both ends, and 4 useful tips that you can apply to help you create your own RESET strategy.
