Continuing our deep dive into our Energy focus and the Fit Life.

In examining how energy works within our bodies and how it helps us be at our best is what we eat and how we rest. Our society views sleep and rest as ‘one more thing’ on the list, and as a result our eating behaviors and energy levels are affected. How much we rest directly influences our metabolism, our food choices and how we function. Tune in today for some insight into my own personal eating for energy strategy, and how it ties back rest and activity. I offer some of my favorite eating hacks for keeping your energy at optimal levels--it’s all part of what we do at our destination retreats!
