In examining how energy works within our bodies and how it helps us be at our best is what we eat and how we rest. Our society views sleep and rest as ‘one more thing’ on the list, and as a result our eating behaviors and energy levels are affected. How much we rest directly influences our metabolism, our food choices and how we function.
