Energize Yourself for the Holidays

Today’s episode completes our deep dive into our Energy focus and the Fit Life. The holiday season often provides a challenge for us and our self care in that the demands on us increase exponentially.  We find that we believe we need to do ALL the things and BE all the things--which often leaves our own self care low on the priority list.  Couple all the holiday to do’s with travel and a recipe for energy depletion and higher stress levels results which means we leave ourselves open to sickness and misery.    Tune in today for some practical holiday tips for self care and staying energized for travel, as well as some important reminders for physical self care and awareness of what is really important for us.
