Create Your Bucket List with Roger Williams

Sometimes having a new plan for you means you set new goals.

Or it can mean deciding what else is waiting for you.  Literally.

We hear a lot about creating ‘bucket lists’--do you have one?  Have you thought about one?

Having a real ‘bucket list’ not only requires some thought, but some intention too.

Roger Williams is an teacher and writer and fellow podcaster—and after a health scare decided to re-evaluate his life–and decided to take an ‘adult gap year’ and refocus his life.  He now refers to himself as the ‘head crosser offer of the bucket list’. Now he travels around the world to check things off his bucket list and inspires others to do the same.

In our conversation–we talk about not just creating a bucket list but how to do one with intention, that allows you to stay within your boundaries and honor your goals for yourself.
