Creating a Gratitude Practice with Deborah Hawkins

Gratitude is the highest vibration.  Being grateful not only promotes higher energy, but allows you to be open to receive more. And it’s more than just thinking positive thoughts.

Deborah Hawkins has been blogging on gratitude and mindfulness since 2010, posting over 500 reflections on everyday experiences that have elevated her mood along with tips on how to keep gratitude “top of mind.”

Initially, she began this practice to work her way out of depression. Now, it is her mission to show people how they can examine their own experiences of gratitude and use this understanding to lift their moods and live happier lives.
