Today is Your Some Day

This episode is from one of our listeners as she shares her story and as an entrepreneur, I have shared in this space about my own personal journey in self care and my tendency to work more and pay less attention to myself--even as a fitness professional.


We are our own worst critics--and we never work harder and more spirited than when we report to ourselves. My guest is a fellow entrepreneur and coach--Marsha Gleit -- who found her way to a better version of herself after getting burned out in the corporate world.


We talk about her health scares, and what her wake up call was to pay more attention to herself, and how she frames making the small changes big habits. We often say ‘someday, I will do better’.  Marsha says --Today is your someday. Will you make it yours?
