The Concept of Looking Good and Fitness - What Does it Mean?

This episode kicks off a special 3 part series in which I take a deeper dive into primary motivations behind WHY we do a fitness or self care program and what’s REALLY behind it.

We can say we want to accomplish a certain goal, but until we are super clear on what that means, we will be off an on the ‘workout wagon’ and believe we aren’t getting anywhere.
