We can say we want to accomplish a certain goal, but until we are super clear on what that means, we will be off an on the ‘workout wagon’ and believe we aren’t getting anywhere.

I'm taking a closer look at what ‘Looking Better’ actually means, how our metabolism is affected and a strategy to keep in mind to move forward.
