So what are you doing to START your ‘Spring Training’?

Athletes win at their sport and game in the OFFSEASON. And we get to choose how we view OUR offseason.  Spring is the ideal time to adjust what we are doing for us--from the daily steps, to getting activity in, to the usual ‘clean and purge’ we do in our environments.

Can’t the same apply to how we do our fitness or self care regimen?

My guest, Amber Hagberg--who lives in Costa Rica--made a pretty bold decision of her own in her ‘offseason’ to win at her life.  She got intentional with her ‘Spring Training’ and feels more connected to her purpose and her life as a result.  In our chat, we talk about day to day life--but also HOW we begin.  And it can be as small as 5 minutes.
