Our bodies are very valuable assets--and it’s important that we have a strategy in place to take care of them on a day to day basis--not just when it suits us, or when we have a goal in place. Like anything else--the details of our every day routines can lend themselves to ensuring we get valuable ‘tune up’ and ‘investment’ time for our bodies.
