Secrets to Fitness Beliefs

This episode is a closer look at our belief systems around Fitness. Belief systems are often engrained in us from an early age--and they influence to a large degree HOW we make choices and what action steps we take. That’s different from actual HABITS. The key is not only identifying what you believe regarding what you desire in a health/fitness and self care program, but allowing yourself to become CURIOUS about what it means.


We doubt our goals when we don’t see results--and that further gives credence to our beliefs. Change your beliefs and you can change HOW you accomplish your fitness goals AND enjoy doing it in the process.
