Do You Believe What You Think? You May Want to Rethink That

Do you ever stop and pay attention to your thoughts? Like really pay attention to them?

We think in excess of 50,000 thoughts in one day easily--the majority of them are either similar or repetitive. And some we don’t even remember (obviously). And like how we teach in a fitness program, the goal is to get efficient and effective at what you do WELL so you can see benefit. This in turn saves you time, energy and produces the results you want.


This is most definitely the outcome you want for mindset management--a tried and true plan for managing your thoughts, being curious about them and a plan to ‘sort and file’ them so you can continue to make decisions that serve you is KEY not just for moving your forward, but for keeping you in a place that serves you.
