A Practice of Daily Gratitude

This episode is a real gem--and it’s a closer look at how gratitude can help us find joy and peace in times of anxiety, stress, and overwhelm.

This conversation is with a fellow coach--and ‘recovering attorney’ Heather Moulder. Self care means different things to different people--and Heather’s story is different--mainly because she explains what she had to change in her own life to be in alignment with how she delivers her message.

Gratitude is something we all KNOW we need to do but we all have different experiences with it and how we do it.  Heather shares with us a simple daily process of how to apply the practice which can align directly to helping us separate the negativity and anxiety from what we actually want. Give it a listen!
