Today I had a great conversation with Holly Bertone, a coach for women in midlife experiencing burnout. Holly helps women recover from burnout, address mindset issues, achieve sustainable weight loss, and live a healthier lifestyle without strict diets. We delved into the concept of creating a comeback story and the importance of mindset in achieving personal goals.
Holly shared her five-step framework, called Rocky, which stands for Rear View Mirror, Own Your Ship, Create Your Future Self, Keep the Vision, and Go Home to You. These steps focus on reflection, taking personal responsibility, envisioning the future self, staying focused on the bigger picture, and connecting with one's inner strength. By following this framework, individuals can navigate challenges, take control of their lives, and embrace personal growth.
