My 3 Biggest Thought Lessons from 2021

 2021 is coming to close–and 2022 is on the horizon. 

And I'm sure you are thinking and reflecting on what you have learned and put into practice from this year, like many others.

So many people set New Year’s Resolutions based on how their year goes. And many of them literally never get to the end of January before being one that means ‘well, I tried, but couldn’t get it done’.

2021 was a major year for us at CU Fitness—and for me, one of the most significant learning years in my 23 year journey as an entrepreneur. After the gruelling emotion packed year that was 2020, I chose to begin differently this year.  And it has paid off.
