Moving Freely with Walking with Rick Olderman

What if walking could simply be the ticket?

In a world which shows so many different exercises and ‘quick fixes’ to get fit and be more active we overlook something as simple as walking. The truth is, walking is what we are created to do and we don’t do enough of it the correct way.

Rick Olderman is a physical therapist with a unique focus in promoting a more effective ‘gait’ or walking technique, we can not only remedy pain and discomfort, but improve how our body functions.

It really can be that simple! This episode outlines some simple techniques for correcting gait patterns to make our muscles work better.
