Technology has become such a part of our lives today–so much of our daily lives revolves around it’s use. Yet it is slowly aging us and slowing us down. 

Technology not only puts stress on us through the use of screens, radiating lights and overloading energy waves that act as a disruptor for how our body functions naturally–it allows us to never ‘shut down’.

Justin Frandson is an athleticism performance coach who specializes in recharging–by helping us redirect the energy our body absorbs using technology. In this episode, we talk about what our devices do to us, what is actually happening in our bodies, and how we can take protective steps to help correct the stress, and imbalance it causes.
