Eating Simply and Mindfully with Rym Selmi

Fueling our body is often talked about from the standpoint of counting macros, watching portions and eliminating some foods altogether.  And while that approach may seem ‘simple’ to some—it can be complex to others.

What if we could approach eating from a more mindful place AND keep it simple?

Rym Selmi is an entrepreneur, health coach and health enthusiast and after having her own challenges with eating in a way that worked for her, she decided to not only share her body of work with the world, but she also has started a food business where she offers products that make cooking and eating well easy and fun.
