This month in all our groups we will be doing a ‘Spring Training’ theme.

One of the biggest pieces to a successful regimen for yourself is working some kind of activity plan. Research continues to show and demonstrate that activity is a KEY to having a metabolism that works for you–that includes feeling good, having energy you can sustain and a positive mindset.

And the most important part of your regimen is that you decide how it looks, and when you can do it.

Emma Jory is an international online health and fitness coach and operates an online pilates and barre studio. She focuses on offering her clients manageable activity sessions that work without draining your day of time you don’t have. She’s been featured in publications such as Parenthood, Pilates Style Magazine and has been featured in several international summits and events.

In this episode, we chat about working activity in, starting with basics and continuing them and setting yourself up to be successful–your way.
