Challenge Yourself

This week’s show highlights how to approach a challenge.  From time to time in our lives, we simply ‘fall off’ the workout and self care programs we try to start, for a variety of reasons.  At different points in time, we attempt to change that by doing some sort of new program or ‘challenge’--maybe with a friend, or through another avenue.  In today's episode I share three different approaches and strategies to doing a challenge--so you can make a positive change actually ‘stick’ in your life, rather than continuing to ‘start again’.
