The problem with habits is that the approach so many people use isn’t sustainable, or adaptable to their lifestyle which creates a ‘stop and start’ pattern.
Habits don’t have to be complicated or overdone to work. The bigger the habit and the bigger change that comes with it the larger the chance of failure.
The best approach is focusing on the smaller habits and getting good at them.
Michal Stawicki is referred to as ‘Mr Consistency’ and teaches a simple approach to habits. He is an international author and coach.
