Balancing Energies with Nicole Mathiesen

The goal of all of our self care should be to BALANCE our energy.

What do I mean by that?

Setting goals and going after them involves a great deal of HUSTLE.  And that usually means we are using ‘masculine energy’. When we constantly in forward ‘go’ mode–we employ a fast paced, and an energy source that isn’t sustainable without some balancing factors. By contrast, using feminine energy creates more balance–so we stay focused, but we don’t spread ourselves too thin.

Listen in to my chat with Nicole Mattheison–one of our loyal listeners and an Ayurvedic Holistic health advisor.  We chat about how we stay in a constant state of push and pull day to day and why so many start on new goals and find they have to stop before they see real progress.
