What do you do to practice mindfulness daily?
It can be something we think we do, but until we have some real ideas on how to begin, and how to make it make sense for us, we can easily overlook it.
One of the best pieces of advice I ever got was to approach a daily mindfulness routine like a professional athlete does. You may think athletes have a complicated routine but they don’t--in fact, they keep things very simple.
